Post 100!

I think this is a very good 100th post!

We have been slacking off a bit :)

Well, school is out, my grad class is done, all of our 6 month check ups will be done Thursday, and we have all the baby stuff done except to pack a bag for me, Nick, and Vince.  It has been a busy month since we last posted on here, but that is going to allow us to relax (yeah I know, that is funny) when the baby is born.  Vince is doing great, he recently had a couple of his 6 month check ups (neurosurgeon and neurology) and they were both great.  The neurosurgeon even said we don't have to come back for a whole year as long as there are no problems.  I am now seeing my doctors two times a week.  There is no reason for concern, they are just being extra cautious.  Baby brother looks great!  A couple of people have said that his heart looks great on the NST (non stress test) and that they would not know he had a heart condition just based off of that.  We know the heart condition is still there because I am having weekly ultrasounds as well, but he looks perfect other than that.  Just like Vince he is a little guy, he is bigger than Vince was at this point, but they are predicting he will be about a 7 pound baby.  Vince was 6 pounds 14 ounces when he was born, so that works for me.  Because I had a c-section with Vince my Doctor will not let me go past my due date and they will not induce me because there is a greater chance of problems.  That means that if he does not come out on his own by the due date, we have a c-section planned.  My actual due date is July 15th, which is a Sunday and they don't schedule them on Sunday's, so the date is July 14th.  Our doctor was nice enough to schedule it then, so we could try as long as possible not to have another c-section.  If I do need another one it is not the end of the world, but I know the recovery is quite a bit longer and having a 28 pound little one in addition to a 7 or 8 pound little one could be a challenge.  We are very excited to meet this new little one and see who he looks like.  My guess is Nick again, but we could be surprised.  The ultrasound tech the other day said she thought he was going to look like Vince.  We hope summer is going well for you all, it has been pretty warm here, but not too bad.

Love,
Nick, Andrea, Vince, and Baby Brother

Vince got some great toys, but he really loved his broom :) He also got a little vacuum and he loves that too.
Vince was practicing hitting the ball
