Traverse City Fun

We went up to Traverse City in February this year to celebrate our family Christmas and it also happened to be Winter fest too.  It was a little cold but we had a great time.  Vince got to go ice stating for the first time, which he had been asking to do for a very long time, and was pretty excited about it.  We had fancy hot cocoa at a cute little shop down town, took a drive out to the peninsula to see both bays, and got to see some good friends.  We don't get up north very often in the winter, but when we do it is always shocking at how much more snow they have than us.  I think when we were up there they had about 36 inches on the ground and it had settled some at that point!
