Belly update

I have continued to take pictures of my belly through this pregnancy and it is amazing to see how much it has grown week by week.  I only have 18 days left at this point, so it wont be long now!  It was also decided that I would go on leave at this point in time.  There are only a couple of weeks until spring break but working was starting to take a toll on me.  My swelling was go up with each week and the braxton hicks contractions were getting a lot more frequent.  Not having to work will allow me to keep the little ones in hopefully until the scheduled c-section date.

December 25 - 23 weeks
 January 1st - 24 weeks
 January 5th - 25 weeks
 January 13th - 26 weeks
 January 23rd - 27 weeks
 January 30th - 28 weeks
 February 4th - 29 weeks
 February 10th - 30 weeks
 February 16th - 31 weeks
 February 25th - 32 weeks
 March 1st - 33 weeks
 March 8th - 34 weeks
 New hair
March 15th - 35 weeks.  I feel like I have dropped this week and I think I look lower too.
Possible coming home outfits.  One outfit is preemie the other is newborn.  Not sure which one they will fit into, but the longer I go the better the odds it will be the newborn size.  I got the baseball outfits because they were cute, but it turns out, that if we make it to their scheduled c-section, it will be opening day of Tigers baseball.  That is very fitting for our family!
One of my co workers knitted this for us.  They are just the sweetest little hat and booties
This was a couple of weeks ago - Baby B
This was last week - Baby A

The ultrasound tech said that B has a lot of hair and it does not appear that A has all that much.  I hope that is true, then we will be able to tell them apart. :)

Snow!

Finally Snow!  It took a long time to get snow this year, but when it came, it really came!  At the end of February and beginning of March we got about two feet of snow.  The last week of February we got a little over a foot of snow starting on Wednesday and continuing into Thursday,  The boys and I got Thursday and Friday off.  Nick even got Thursday off!  From Thursday to Sunday we lost all of the snow, nothing was left, and then on Tuesday we got another 8 inches.  We got two more days off from that storm,  It was really nice.  We did get to play in the snow too!

That is a lot of wet, heavy snow
 Beautiful day after the storm

The next snow storm amount.  There really was more that what the table has on it, but it was very windy.
 Nick is a little mischievous

Eating snow and making snow angles seem to be the most favorite things to do in the snow.  They both know not to eat the yellow snow, so that is a win.

Superbowl!

We have started a tradition in our family unintentionally.  For the Superbowl we have a picnic on the floor in the living room with fried food.  It may not seem like that big of a deal, but to the boys, I think they as excited about it as Christmas.  We don't let them eat in the living room unless they are sick or it is special and somehow the Superbowl falls into that category.  This year we started early with the food.  We had a late lunch, a snack, and then dinner in the living room.  We had a lot of fried foods, that I found out that night the babies did not like!  I have never once gotten sick during pregnancy, well, at least until that night.  I have tremendous sympathy for any women that gets morning sickness, it was awful.  The positive was that the Bronco's won!  I don't follow them closely, but being that is where I was born, I was happy for them.

Basement

We are slowly going to be finishing our basement and the first step was to get a wall up to separate the utility room with from the rest of the basement.  The boys are getting old enough to go and play down there by themselves, but with the sub pump and other things, it was not the safest place for them.  Luckily Ralph, Nick's dad, used to part own a construction company, so he knows how to build walls.  Nick and Ralph put up the wall in a weekend and it looks great.  More to come hopefully this summer.

 Almost all framed
The boys were helpful, but mainly played basket ball
 Dry wall going up
Pretty much finished.  We put a door in too.

Basketball, Dentist, and a few other things

Here are some more pictures from my phone.  It is kind of a random selection, but they do go in order of time.

We moved Dominic into his big boy bedroom this winter to make room for the babies, this was his dresser,  I have to say, for all of the furniture we have put together, this was one of the easiest projects!
Vince got to play basketball this year and loved it.  Watching kindergartners play is really cute.  There are some kids who are pretty good already.

 Defense!
The boys were up early one morning and were really sweet with each other.  Neither one is a morning person, so it is very rare that they are both in a good mood at 6 in the morning

Dominic had to get two cavities filled and because he is afraid of the doctor and dentist, and after a failed attempt with the regular dentist, we had to go to a specialist.  They used some medicine to calm his anxiety, it worked well.  He was not supposed to chew on his cheek while it was numb so they suggested we get him a milk shake to keep it cold.  It was everywhere by the time we got home.
 But it was soo good!
My cousins son Thomas turned 7 in February so we went to their house to celebrate.  They also gave us some baby stuff and cute matching twin clothes!  On this side of the family we still only have boys, currently 7.
Back at school.  I am not sure what they were doing under the table, but they were having fun!

Pictures from my phone :)

I take lots of pictures on my phone, but always forget to put them anywhere.  I am going to try to be better about that.  These go back to around Christmas time.

Vince had an appointment with a new Neurologist so I had to finish lesson plans and took the boys with me to school.  They enjoy being my "students." Hopefully someday they like being my students for real!
Vince ended up doing an EEG at the appointment and did great!
We did crafts with lots of glitter this year too.  Nick is never a huge fan of glitter.  Good thing we are having two more boys.
This was the moment when Dominic figured out there would be no snow for Christmas.  He was devastated.  He really cried over it for a while.
 Christmas PJ's

 Hanging out with cousin Rylee
While up north we went over and saw Great Grandma Yuldine too
Vince never sleeps in the car, so you know our quick up north trip tuckered him all out.
Dominic needed a nap on New Years Day, he is still so sweet when he sleeps!
