Our crazy, lovable, fun middle boy turned 4 in July and he was super excited! It meant two things, he could chew gum and he got to have pop. With Vince we did not do gum before 4 due to swallowing it and did the same for Dominic. With pop, both boys had to wait until the twins were born to get some, but we have now allowed it on birthdays and special occasions. Dominic asked for lego's, the red cars movie (the original one) because ours was scratched, and puzzles. We did not do a big party this year, but had just a simple little family of 6 party. Dominic also asked for dirt cake! It was delicious! My Grandma used to make it when we were little and my Aunt gave me the recipe a few years ago, so it always brings back fun memories too. His actual birthday was a baseball night, so we did presents the night before so he could play with his toys on his birthday. It is hard to believe that my little buddy is getting so big!

It is now a thing that we have to decorate the night before their actual birthday. Dominic was happy with the turn out :)
