Day 1

Once we were up to our room and the big brothers got to the hospital, it was time to have them meet their new little brothers.  They both got big brother shirts and big brother pins!  We had them come in first before the Grandparents came in.  We up to this point also had not given the big boys pop, so we said when their brothers were born, they could pick out whatever pop they wanted and drink it.  I am not sure if they were more excited for the pop or their brothers!  I remember a lot of the day, but honestly, it is the most hazy out of the 3 c-sections for me.  It was a good day though!

A little background on their names.  Nick and I came up with a short list of Alexander, Anthony (Nick's middle name), Liam, and Evan and figured they we would use them all, but we could not really decide which would be a first name vs a middle name, so we let the big brothers pick.  Dominic has a pretty strong personality and when he wants something, he tries really hard to get it.  He picked that baby "A" was his baby from very early on in the pregnancy.  When we told them the four names he picked Alexander and pretty much, that was it.  Vince went back and fourth some, but ultimately picked Anthony.  The names fit both boys very well.  Dominic has had a hard time calling the babies by their names though :), after almost 3 months, he has just stopped calling them A and B.  We were worried if he kept calling them A and B, Tony would get a complex. :)
